If you are traveling with small children, there is a place to walk around near the back of the area.
As you may already know, Washington D.C. is also filled with memorials and tributes to some of the most influential and amazing American’s of all times. All of these are free to the public. When you visit the Lincoln Memorial, you will find that from the front steps you are able to see the George Washington Memorial and from the back steps you get a great view of the bridge that heads to the Arlington National Cemetery.
